Refund & Cancellation Policy / பணம் திருப்பி மற்றும் ரத்து கொள்கை

General Policy

Membership fees provide access to premium features. Payments are for digital services; generally non-refundable unless specified.

Refunds
  • Refunds considered for duplicate transactions or verified technical failures.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment with transaction details and proof.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (may vary by bank).
Cancellations
  • There is no auto-renewal by default. Payments are one-time unless a subscription plan is explicitly offered and accepted.
  • Cancellation stops any future processing (if applicable). It does not automatically trigger a refund for services already consumed.
Service Delivery (Digital)

On successful payment, digital membership benefits are activated in your account and can be accessed immediately.

How to request a refund: Email kongunadarmatrimonyofficial@gmail.com with order id, date, and reason.

Note for PhonePe: Refunds may need coordination with the payment gateway; keep transaction details ready.

பதிவு கட்டணங்கள் பிரீமியம் அம்சங்களுக்கு அணுகலை வழங்குகிறது. டிஜிட்டல் சேவைகள் என்பதால் பொதுவாக பணம் திரும்பப்படாது.

பணம் திருப்பி செலுத்தல் (Refunds)
  • இரட்டிப்பணம் அல்லது சோதிக்கபட்ட தொழில்நுட்பக் குறைபாடுகள் காரணமாக திருப்பிச் செலுத்தப்படும்.
  • கட்டணத்துக்குப் பிறகு 7 நாட்களில் கோரிக்கையை சமர்ப்பிக்கவும்; பரிவர்த்தனை விவரத்துடன்.
  • அங்கீகாரம் கிடைத்தால், 7–10 வணிக நாட்களுக்குள் திருப்பிச் செலுத்தப்படும் (வங்கி விதிகளால் மாறும்).
ரத்து கொள்கை
  • இயல்பாக எந்த தானியங்கி புதுப்பிப்பும் இல்லை. சந்தா திட்டம் தெளிவாக வழங்கப்பட்டு ஏற்கப்பட்டால் மட்டுமே அது பொருந்தும்.
  • ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டால் (தேவைப்பட்டால்) அடுத்த கட்டணம் நிறுத்தப்படும். ஏற்கனவே வழங்கப்பட்ட சேவைக்கு தானாக திருப்பிப்பெறுதல் இல்லை.
டிஜிட்டல் சேவை வழங்கல்

கட்டணம் வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்ததும், உறுப்பினர் நன்மைகள் உங்கள் கணக்கில் உடனடியாக செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.

Refund கோரிக்கை எப்படி: Order id, தேதி மற்றும் காரணம் என்பதுடன் kongunadarmatrimonyofficial@gmail.com ஐ மின்னஞ்சல் செய்யவும்.

PhonePe குறிப்பு: Payment gateway உடன் ஒத்துழைவு தேவைப்படலாம்; பரிவர்த்தனை விவரங்களை தயார் வைக்கவும்.
